Two American Museum of Natural History anthropologists made a thrilling new discovery propelling us over two thousand years into the past in Mexico. Elsa M. Redmond and Charles Spencer reported an impressive 30,031 square foot palace complex built at a time before the Aztecs in the Valley of Oaxaca. Their find backs up a theory that this civilization was one of Mesoamerica’s earliest states.
